All freight charges at itsadogshop.com are calculated based
on product weight, every product listed on our website has it's weight listed.
Clarification of Product Weights
All listed weights include an allowance for packaging materials,
that includes the packaging the product comes in as well as the packing used
to prepare parcels for shipping.
Most listed weights are the actual weight of the product however the listed
weight of some larger items is their cubic weight. Cubic weights are a requirement
of transport companies for parcels that are light in weight but bulky in size.
Australia Post and Other Couriers
We send parcels with Australia Post, Australian Air Express
and Star Track Express. We choose the best option for each parcel dependant
on the weight of parcel and the type of item being sent, by best option we
mean the cheapest rate and fastest service.
Category 1 - these orders are sent via standard Australia
Post letter
Category 2 - these orders are sent Express with Australia Post
Category 3 - most orders sent via courier, some via regular Austalia
Post
Category 4 - most orders sent via regular Australia Post, some via
Courier.
