DELIVERY

At It's a Dog Shop we deliver Australia Wide using Australia Post, Australian Air Express and Star Track Express. Our delivery prices are determined by product weight to ensure that you are not paying too much for the delivery of your parcel.

Items valued at $200 or more are sent by registered post and with insurance.
Items valued at $199 or less will be sent by registered post and with optional insurance by purchasing Postage Insurance from us here.

At It's a Dog Shop we endeavor to have all goods in stock dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch during a Storewide Sale.
If paying by cheque or money order goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared.
All orders are delivered through Australia Post and must be signed for on receipt of delivery. If goods cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address, they will then be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office for pick up.

We suggest that you purchase Postage Insurance with your order as It's a Dog Shop are in no way held responsible for parcels once they are in the hands of our courier partners.

When It's a Dog Shop has a Storewide Sale or any Discounted items, orders must be paid for within 7 days of sale.

At It's a Dog Shop we offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Upon receipt of unused, saleable items we will credit your credit card or post you a money order. However all returned goods that are not in the result of our error will incur a re-stocking fee. For sized items, such as collars and coats, please try these on your pet before removing the tag. Please email us before returning goods.

This money back guarantee does not protect your statutory rights as a consumer.


ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee to cover any transaction fees that have incurred to It's a Dog Shop! If you require a refund on an order that has all ready been dispatched please see details of our Money Back Guarantee above.
